Our Teams

  • Support Crew

Support Crew are essential behind-the-scenes members who help keep our organization running smoothly. While they do not participate in on-water operations, they contribute in areas such as fundraising, public outreach, event planning, administration, and logistics. This role is ideal for individuals with skills in communications, organizing, or nonprofit operations who want to support marine safety and their community without getting on the boat.

  • Search and Rescue

Search and Rescue (SAR) Crew are the front-line volunteers who respond to emergencies on the water. These members undergo specialized training in marine safety, vessel operations, and rescue procedures. They are expected to commit to regular training, be available for call-outs, and uphold the highest standards of readiness and teamwork. SAR Crew play a direct and vital role in saving lives and promoting safe boating in our region.
